Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Telemarketer to join our team in Madurai. As a Senior Telemarketer, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of telemarketers, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of telemarketers to achieve sales goals.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calling and other outreach methods.
  • Sales Closure: Convert leads into sales by effectively presenting our products and services.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
