As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling:
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products or services.
  • Follow a scripted pitch and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Lead Generation:

  • Gather and document relevant information about potential customers.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Learn and understand the features and benefits of our products or services.
  • Clearly communicate product information to potential customers.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build rapport with customers to create a positive and memorable experience.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide information about our offerings.
  • Sales Support:
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
  • Training and Development:
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Diplamo / BE / B.Tech / ME / MBA
  • Communication Skills:
  • Clear and effective verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate information in a concise and persuasive manner.
  • Enthusiasm:
  • Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude towards sales and customer interaction.
  • Adaptability:
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and training methodologies.
  • Team Player:
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic Computer Skills:
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications and willingness to learn CRM software.
