Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive decision-making processes within the organization. You will work closely with different departments to provide insights, trends, and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection & Management:

    • Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources (internal and external).
    • Ensure data integrity by validating and cleaning data before analysis.
    • Maintain and manage databases to ensure accurate, up-to-date information.

  2. Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
    • Perform statistical analysis to support business decisions.
    • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
    • Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to improve business operations.

  3. Data Visualization:

    • Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to present complex data in an understandable and actionable way.
    • Create dynamic dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

  4. Collaborate with Stakeholders:

    • Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and other teams to understand their data needs.
    • Provide support and insights for strategic decision-making based on data analysis.
    • Assist in defining and tracking business goals and metrics.

  5. Data Interpretation & Decision Support:

    • Interpret data and make recommendations based on quantitative analysis.
    • Develop models and frameworks to forecast trends and outcomes.

  6. Reporting & Presentation:

    • Prepare reports summarizing data insights and present findings to management and other teams.
    • Communicate complex data analysis in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-related role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and experience with data modeling techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
