Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on generating leads and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
  • Manage customer queries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain records of calls and update customer information in the database.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team.
  • Assist in resolving client complaints and providing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills (Tamil preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
  • Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
