Location: Nagapattinam District, Tamil Nadu

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vendor Attachment Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our vendor network in the Nagapattinam district by actively identifying and onboarding new businesses onto our online platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Acquisition:
    • Actively source and onboard new restaurants, shops, fish and dry fish stores, and other relevant businesses onto our platform.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential vendors in the Nagapattinam district.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses.
    • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to educate vendors about the benefits of partnering with us.
    • Negotiate and finalize agreements with vendors.
  • Delivery Partner Management:
    • Manage and maintain relationships with delivery partners in the Nagapattinam district.
    • Address any concerns or issues faced by delivery partners.
    • Monitor delivery partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Franchise Development:
    • Identify and recruit new franchisees in all pincodes within the Nagapattinam district.
    • Conduct franchisee training and provide ongoing support.
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vendors, delivery partners, and franchisees.
    • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads and sales.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in local languages (Tamil preferred).
  • Experience in the food delivery or e-commerce industry (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
