We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator/Programmer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about working in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC machines and equipment as per production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Set up, program, and troubleshoot CNC machines for optimal performance.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on CNC machinery.
• Ensure quality standards are met in all processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma/ITI/Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of CNC programming and operations.
• Familiarity with G-code and M-code is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
