Description

We are seeking energetic and ambitious Broadband Sales Executives to drive sales and expand our customer base in Marthandam, Colachel, Nagercoil, and nearby areas. The role involves field marketing, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets for broadband services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell broadband services to residential and commercial customers within the assigned locations.
  • Conduct door-to-door visits, telephonic follow-ups, and local marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Provide tailored recommendations to customers on broadband plans based on their needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set for each branch area.
  • Collaborate with branch managers to develop localized sales strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest broadband technologies and company offerings to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Branch Locations:

  • Marthandam
  • Colachel
  • Nagercoil
  • Surrounding areas as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, especially in broadband or telecom services, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned branch locations.
  • Basic knowledge of internet technologies and broadband services.
  • Own transportation is preferred.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
