Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Development:

    • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, cold calls, and networking.
    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
    • Provide excellent customer service and act as the main point of contact for client inquiries.
  3. Market Analysis:

    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
    • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance offerings.
  4. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

    • Conduct product or service presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
    • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve profitability and client satisfaction.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  1. Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics,Electrical, or Business  related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  2. Experience:

    • Proven track record in sales or a similar customer-facing role (1–3 years preferred).
  3. Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  4. Personal Attributes:

    • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
    • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours if required.
