Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Student Counseling and Guidance

  • Supervise the counseling team to provide personalized guidance to students on overseas education opportunities.
  • Ensure the team assesses students' academic qualifications, career goals, and financial background to recommend suitable programs.
  • Handle escalated cases and assist in addressing complex student queries.

2. Marketing & Outreach

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (both offline and online) to promote overseas education services and attract students.
  • Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and events at schools and colleges to increase brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, social media content, and digital ads.
  • Drive referral programs to encourage existing students to refer others, ensuring proper incentive distribution.

3. Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the counseling and marketing teams, ensuring smooth workflows and timely service delivery.
  • Set clear objectives for the team and monitor their performance to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Address operational challenges promptly and maintain a high standard of service delivery.

4. Team Leadership and Development

  • Train, mentor, and motivate the counseling and marketing teams to perform at their best.
  • Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews to identify strengths and areas of improvement.
  • Conduct team training sessions to ensure staff is up-to-date on education trends and service protocols.

5. Lead and Inquiry Management

  • Monitor and manage incoming inquiries, ensuring all leads are followed up efficiently and effectively.
  • Assign inquiries to team members and track their progress to maximize conversions.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of inquiries and student data for efficient follow-ups.

6. Pre-departure Support

  • Guide students on essential pre-departure requirements, such as visa applications, travel arrangements, and accommodation.
  • Organize pre-departure orientation sessions to prepare students for their overseas journey.

7. Reporting and Analytics

  • Provide management with regular updates on student enrollments, referral program outcomes, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Use analytics to assess the success of campaigns and operational efficiency, making recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of education systems and higher studies abroad.
  • Proven experience in operations or marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle student inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead management tools.
