Job Description:
We are hiring Telesales Executives to join our team. As a fresher, you will be trained to handle outbound calls, engage with potential customers, and promote our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce Panacorp’s services.
  • Explain the benefits of our services and address customer queries.
  • Generate leads and maintain a database of contacts.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve strategies.

Requirements:

  • Freshers with strong communication skills in English are welcome.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) is a plus.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries confidently.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
