Responsible for Generating Quotes. Request for Quotes received from RMs, SBHs, Telecallers, Dealer Partners and Customers by Email/WA
To Generate quotes using SSGIB POSP Portal, as per preferred insurer grid
To Generate quotes using Insurance Company Portals, as per preferred insurer grid
To Prepare Quote Summary
To Follow-up with customer/partner/RM on the quotes to get the policy issued
To Obtain quotes from the insurance company SPOCs for travel/health policies, and coordinate with the insurers for payment link pertaining to Travel, Health & Life policies
To Complete KYC in the insurer portal realtime
To Follow up with the concerned RM/Dealer Partner/Customer/Employee to get quote approved
Payments & Endorsements
To ensure end to end coordination till the payment is made & to share the policy copy to the customer on time
To coordinate with customers for break-in cases for documents.
To ensure End to End Coordination with the customer and the insurer for Non Financial Endorsements - Address change, Spelling mistakes correction, Policy Cancellation, Addition/deletion of covers to existing policy, Transfer of ownership
Sales & Customer Service
You will be responsible for E-Seva tie ups and Branch walkins.You need to ensure minimum 2 tieups of E-Seva in a week.You need to connect with partners on a daily basis & address their queries accordingly and establish long-lasting, trusting connections by communicating professionally and empathetically with the clients.
Ensure customer support in respect of policy endorsements, and claims.Provide appropriate solutions and substitutes within the timeframes specified and follow up to ensure resolution.Ensure zero pendency of policies at the end of the day.
Maintain client interaction logs, handle customer accounts, and file paperwork as and when necessary.In addition you need convert 20 % of 150 2wheeler walkins per day at the assigned location.Answering calls and responding to customers appropriately.Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
Coordination & Follow up Activites
To Coordinate and interact with internal & external stake holders on Quotes, Policies, portal issues, Tagging RM ID to policies, Claims and training on protals.
To Train dealer partners, branch staff, HO telecalling staff on using the insurer portal, to Train RMs on POSP portal application to onboard POSPs and to issue policies.To Followup with dealers for any policies to be issued for the day & with Insurance companies for claims reported if any.Responsible for Partner activation, monitoring, and maintaining the MIS.
To Followup with Insurers on new codes and login credentials (if codes are pending)
Daily Reporting
To provide Daily Report on the number of transactions handled in terms of quotes, policies, trainings provided, coordinations handled.
