Cluster Head – Retail Pharmacy

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cluster Head to oversee and manage the operations of multiple retail pharmacy outlets. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, operational expertise, and a strong understanding of retail pharmacy management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of assigned retail pharmacy outlets, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate store managers and staff to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and supply chain efficiency across outlets.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize performance and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Conduct regular visits to outlets to assess performance, provide feedback, and address operational challenges.
  • Develop and execute training programs for staff to enhance skills and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in retail pharmacy management, with a proven track record of managing multiple outlets.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Education: A degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation: Maximum budget: ₹8 LPA
