Description

  • Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and build relationships 
  • Scheduling: Book appointments, manage work orders, and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle 
  • Repair estimates: Provide accurate estimates for repairs and additional services 
  • Maintenance advice: Offer advice on proper maintenance, including oil changes, fluid levels, and tire rotations 
  • Warranty and insurance: Explain warranty and insurance coverage, and assist customers with claims 
  • Communication: Communicate with customers and technicians about vehicle problems, repairs, and costs 
  • Follow up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction 
  • Sales: Sell products and services, including packages and retail options 
  • Inventory: Take inventory and coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for parts 
  • Reporting: Record issues and data in a Dealer Management System
