Description

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate vehicles: Explain the features and warranties of vehicles, and take customers on test drives 
  • Close sales: Negotiate prices, overcome objections, and complete sales contracts 
  • Follow up with customers: Maintain rapport with customers, and contact them to ensure they are satisfied 
  • Prepare vehicles: Prepare sold vehicles for delivery, and schedule first service appointments 
  • Coordinate financing: Work with the finance department to determine financing and ownership options for customers 
  • Build sales leads: Prospect for new sales leads, and increase the customer database 
  • Liaise with service team: Ensure sold cars are prepped to a high standard and are ready for delivery 
  • Understand vehicles: Study the features, capabilities, and characteristics of vehicles 
  • Qualify buyers: Understand the needs and interests of customers
