We are Integrated Smart Engineers, a company with six years of experience. We are seeking recent graduates in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech). Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred. This position is entirely office-based, with alternate Saturdays designated as holidays. Selected trainees will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 10,000 during a three-month probationary period, which will increase to Rs 12,000 per month upon successful completion of the probation. Further salary increments will be contingent upon the candidate's performance.
