Maintain a database of potential candidates and support in candidate selection.
Employee Onboarding:
Facilitate onboarding processes for new CNC operators, ensuring smooth transition and compliance with company policies.
Ensure all necessary documentation and training are completed for new hires.
Training & Development:
Support the design and delivery of training programs for CNC operators, focusing on safety, operational procedures, and equipment handling.
Track training records and certifications, ensuring that CNC operators meet compliance standards.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Assist in fostering a positive workplace culture by organizing engagement activities for CNC operators.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Compliance & Safety:
Assist in ensuring that all HR processes are in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Help in monitoring safety regulations and maintain necessary documentation for audits.
General HR Support:
Provide administrative support, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and assisting with payroll-related queries.
Assist HR managers with employee performance appraisals and disciplinary processes.
Data Management & Reporting:
Assist in collecting and maintaining data on employee attendance, performance, and productivity.
Prepare reports related to staffing levels, training progress, and HR-related metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR with a focus on manufacturing environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and employee relations.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or HR role (preferred but not required).
