Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves promoting and selling products/services to achieve revenue targets, developing marketing strategies, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to market analysis and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, and other outreach methods.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication skills.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Track sales performance and provide reports to management.

Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to suggest improvements.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Gather feedback to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain a detailed CRM database of customer interactions and sales progress.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing techniques.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Sales revenue growth.
