GREETER
He/she has to receive the customers, greet them.
He/she shall politely ask the customer regarding his enquiry.
He/she shall as per the enquiry lead the customer to the right section
He/she shall ensure that the customer is comfortable before the CSA leaves.
He/she shall write down the walkin in the walkin register.
He/ she shall make arrangement for any refreshment if required by the staff.
He/she shall accompany back the customer to the door.
He/ she shall enquire if the customer is satisfied with the shopping experience at Bhima and thank the customer for shopping at Bhima Jewellers.
He/ She shall have the bills prepared at the billing section as per details provided by the sales staff and bring the bills over to the customer and explain the details if required and escort them to the cash counter.
