Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to support recruitment efforts for our manufacturing units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates specifically for production and manufacturing roles. This role will involve a combination of in-office and fieldwork to ensure the best talent is recruited for our manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within manufacturing units, ensuring they meet the qualifications and the operational needs of the business.
  • Work closely with manufacturing managers and supervisors to understand the specific staffing requirements.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, local networks, and other platforms to attract candidates for factory floor roles and other related positions.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and in-person interviews for manufacturing positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruiting activities for manufacturing positions.
  • Assist in preparing and extending job offers to selected candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the manufacturing environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
  • Ensure the recruitment process complies with all company policies and labor laws.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, particularly in manufacturing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, particularly for manufacturing or production units.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment needs of manufacturing roles such as machine operators, assembly workers, quality control personnel, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit for manufacturing environments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.

Additional Requirement:

  • A two-wheeler is mandatory for this role to visit manufacturing units, attend job fairs, and conduct field recruitment activities.
