Description

We are looking for an experienced CNC Bending Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate CNC bending machines to bend, form, and shape metal components according to specifications. They will be responsible for ensuring high-quality production and maintaining machine performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and adjust CNC bending machines to bend metal sheets and plates as per production requirements and technical drawings.
  • Review blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications to determine bending angles, material types, and machine settings.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure the quality of work and identify any issues that may affect the production process.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn-out parts as needed.
  • Conduct quality checks on completed parts to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with the machines to minimize downtime.
  • Keep accurate records of machine settings, work completed, and materials used.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating CNC bending machines in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with metal bending techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to set up and operate CNC machines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical certifications a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:

  • Salary will be determined based on previous experience and skill level.
