Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to engage with customers to drive sales. You will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and requirements.
Provide detailed information about jewellery pieces, including quality, pricing, and after-sales services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the latest jewellery trends, designs, and market developments.
Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain store cleanliness and follow company policies on security and safety.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for jewellery and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to handle multiple customers and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of jewellery materials, gemstones, and craftsmanship is an advantage.
Fluency in TAMIL is preferred.
Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as required.
