Support in conducting feasibility studies for incoming enquiries.
Collect and assist in analyzing customer satisfaction survey reports.
Assist in preparing quotations for customers.
Help in planning customer visits.
Transfer customer RFQ (Request for Quotation) inputs to the Application Team.
Support in allocating C.O (Commercial Offer) numbers.
Send C.O to customers and obtain acknowledgement.
Track and update the status of enquiries.
Assist in receiving and acknowledging Customer Purchase Orders (P.O).
Assist in preparing contract reviews.
Coordinate with the accounts team to send proforma invoices for advance payments.
Follow up on advance payments as per P.O terms.
Assist in generating sales and service reports.
Support in handling customer complaints.
