Description

  • Assist in generating new business enquiries.
  • Support in conducting feasibility studies for incoming enquiries.
  • Collect and assist in analyzing customer satisfaction survey reports.
  • Assist in preparing quotations for customers.
  • Help in planning customer visits.
  • Transfer customer RFQ (Request for Quotation) inputs to the Application Team.
  • Support in allocating C.O (Commercial Offer) numbers.
  • Send C.O to customers and obtain acknowledgement.
  • Track and update the status of enquiries.
  • Assist in receiving and acknowledging Customer Purchase Orders (P.O).
  • Assist in preparing contract reviews.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team to send proforma invoices for advance payments.
  • Follow up on advance payments as per P.O terms.
  • Assist in generating sales and service reports.
  • Support in handling customer complaints.
