Wants a skilled maintainance person to take care all the maintainance works ( electrical,plumbing,) in a building
Responsibilities
Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, repair electrical and plumbing issues in building
Respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
Replace lights and fixtures.
Repair motors, pumps, and plumbing for water supply,and other equipment.
Closes compliants raised by clients in MEP
