Sales Manager

Job Description:

As a Sales Manager for the Coimbatore location, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibility will be to directly engage with customers, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. If you're passionate about direct sales, customer engagement, and strategic expansion, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Direct Sales and Customer Engagement:
    • Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
    • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
    • Visit architects, engineers, and plumbers to build relationships and make them influencers for our sales
    • Identify new homeowners and promote our products to meet their specific needs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Lead Generation and Conversion:
    • Generate leads through various channels and actively follow up to convert them into sales.
    • Ensure timely closures by addressing customer queries and overcoming objections.
  3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
    • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in direct sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
