Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate VMC machines for machining die-cast and other metal parts.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and offsets for machining operations.
Load and unload workpieces and perform necessary inspections using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments to achieve accuracy.
Perform regular maintenance and minor troubleshooting of machines.
Maintain records of production, tool changes, and machine performance.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
