Description

Role Overview:
As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining responsive, interactive, and visually appealing user interfaces. You’ll work closely with the design and back-end development teams to ensure a seamless experience for users across a range of devices and browsers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy front-end applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into interactive and functional web applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
  • Implement responsive web design to ensure cross-platform compatibility.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and standards.
  • Integrate front-end code with back-end APIs and services.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and related front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and frameworks like Bootstrap or Material-UI.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Knowledge of browser compatibility and performance optimization.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and AJAX for dynamic content loading.
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with modern JavaScript build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Gulp.
  • Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generators (e.g., Next.js, Nuxt.js).
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
