Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain server-side components and APIs.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with back-end logic.
Build reusable and efficient code to enhance application performance and scalability.
Create and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
Implement security measures and safeguard applications from potential threats.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code as needed.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, implementation, and maintenance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in back-end programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, C#, PHP, or Go.
Experience with server-side frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Django, Flask, Spring Boot).
Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Knowledge of API design, including RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Knowledge of server architecture, scaling applications, and managing load balancing.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration.
Familiarity with caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis, Memcached).
Experience in writing automated tests using testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
