Description

  • Inspection of hydraulic components:

    Visually inspecting hydraulic cylinders, hoses, fittings, valves, pumps, and other components for defects like damage, misalignment, or incorrect assembly. 

  • Dimensional checks:

    Using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions of hydraulic components against specifications. 

  • Pressure testing:

    Performing pressure tests on hydraulic systems to ensure they can withstand designated operating pressures and identifying leaks. 

  • Functional testing:

    Testing the functionality of hydraulic systems, including flow rates, response times, and movement accuracy. 

  • Material verification:

    Checking incoming raw materials and components to ensure they meet quality standards. 

  • Documentation and reporting:

    Maintaining detailed records of inspection findings, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and documenting corrective actions taken. 

  • Root cause analysis:

    Identifying the root cause of quality issues and proposing solutions to prevent recurrence. 

  • Calibration and maintenance:

    Maintaining and calibrating testing equipment to ensure accuracy. 

  • Quality control plan development:

    Contributing to the development and implementation of quality control plans for hydraulic manufacturing processes. 

  • Collaboration with production teams:

    Working closely with production personnel to address quality issues and implement improvements.
