Job Overview:

TruColors is looking for a Telecaller to serve as a point of contact for schools and parents regarding school uniforms, stock availability, sizes, billing, and order tracking. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Telugu and English and be comfortable handling inquiries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for schools and parents regarding uniform-related queries.
  • Provide accurate information about stock availability, sizes, pricing, and billing details.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and inventory team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Handle order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain customer records and update call logs in the system.
  • Follow up with parents and schools for pending payments, order deliveries, and feedback.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient communication process between schools and the company.

Languages must know: Telugu and English
