Job Title – Electronics Manufacturing Specialist / Electronics Manufacturing Executive.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. PCB Assembly & Soldering
Assemble PCBs using Through-Hole Technology (THT) and Surface Mount Technology (SMT).
Perform manual soldering and rework of components as needed.
Operate soldering stations, wave soldering machines, and reflow ovens.
2. Component Placement, Handling & Box Building.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
Ensure correct placement of electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, etc.).
3. Testing & Inspection
Conduct visual inspections using magnifiers and microscopes.
Perform functional testing using multi meters, oscilloscopes, and automated test equipment (ATE).
Identify and repair defective components or soldering issues.
4. Troubleshooting & Repairs
Diagnose PCB faults using circuit diagrams and tes
