Description

  • Address customer issues: Respond to customer queries, complaints, and issues 
  • Coordinate with other departments: Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations 
  • Monitor inventory: Monitor stock levels and availability 
  • Set performance goals: Set goals for the team and ensure they are met 
  • Implement new procedures: Implement new procedures or guidelines as directed by upper management 
  • Manage staff: Assign tasks, coach employees, and monitor their performance 
  • Ensure compliance: Follow company policies and health and safety regulations 
  • Maintain a clean environment: Ensure the workplace is organized and free of debris 

Other duties 

  • Create schedules and process time-off requests
  • Hire and train new staff
  • Enforce company policies related to dress code
  • Coordinate activities with other areas
  • Respond to emails and communications
  • Participate in set up and shut down of unit
  • Interact with staff to promote a positive work environment
