Description

  • Great the customers with pleasant & respective manner.
  • Receive the vehicle & open JC.
  • Advise customer about periodic maintenance parts as per the service schedule.
  • Educate the customers about the benefits of replacing the parts on time. 
  • Advice customer about additional jobs to be done in vehicle.
  • Reconfirmation with customers for all jobs to be done.
  • Provide appropriate delivery time & cost estimate to the customer.
  • Intimation to customer for vehicle readiness information along with exact billing amount.
  • Vehicle delivery to the customer along with work done explanation & bill amount
  • Inform customer about next service due & Maintenance tips.
