Responsbilities:

  • Greet customers warmly, handle order-taking and processing, and provide assistance with product-related queries.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and snacks while maintaining the company's quality standards.
  • Ensure the store remains clean and organized, including both kitchen and customer areas.
  • Monitor stock levels and promptly inform the management when restocking is required.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless store operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Follow company policies and adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
