Job Overview:

Ethamozhy Coir Cluster Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Recruitment Executive to handle end-to-end hiring processes and build a strong workforce for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruitment, with a preference for those having exposure to manufacturing recruitment. Proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage, as we work with candidates from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing: Use job portals, social media, networking, and direct outreach to attract skilled candidates.
  • Screening & Selection: Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate final rounds with hiring managers.
  • Manufacturing Recruitment: Source and hire skilled workers, supervisors, and technical staff for our manufacturing facility.
  • Offer Management & Onboarding: Negotiate salary, send offer letters, and ensure a smooth joining process.
  • HR Documentation: Maintain employee records, appointment letters, and compliance-related paperwork.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and hiring forecasts.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure recruitment policies align with labor laws and company policies.

Additional Skills


Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (manufacturing sector exposure preferred). Strong knowledge of hiring strategies, workforce planning, and talent acquisition. Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage, along with English and Tamil. Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn recruitment, and blue-collar workforce hiring. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple job openings and work under deadlines.
