Job Overview:

Ethamozhy Coir Cluster Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a E-commerce Assistant to manage and optimize our Amazon seller account. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in e-commerce operations, with prior exposure to Amazon account management and Amazon advertising being a significant advantage. This role requires strong organizational skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to improve sales performance on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Seller Account Management: Handle day-to-day operations of the Amazon seller account, including listing products, updating prices, and monitoring account health.
  • Amazon Advertising & PPC Management: Manage and optimize sponsored ad campaigns (PPC) to improve product visibility and sales.
  • Inventory & Order Management: Track stock levels, coordinate with production for restocking, and manage fulfillment processes.
  • Product Listing Optimization: Enhance product listings with effective titles, descriptions, bullet points, and images to improve ranking and conversion rates.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze sales data, advertising performance, and customer trends to suggest improvements.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Amazon Policies & Compliance: Stay updated on Amazon guidelines and ensure compliance with platform rules to avoid account suspensions.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor listings and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the marketplace.

Additional Skills


Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related fields preferred. 0-2 years of experience in e-commerce account management (experience with Amazon preferred). Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, product listing, and PPC campaign management is an advantage. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales & advertising reports. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and report preparation. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
