Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing RO water purifiers at customer locations, ensuring proper functionality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and set up RO water purifiers at homes/offices.
  • Diagnose and repair issues related to filters, pumps, and membranes.
  • Perform regular maintenance and servicing.
  • Educate customers on proper usage and maintenance.
  • Respond to customer complaints and troubleshoot problems.
  • Maintain service records and update reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • ITI/Diploma in Plumbing, Electrical, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in RO water purifier servicing is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of water filtration systems and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel for field service.
