Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
Develop and execute strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels).
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow follower base.
Analyze metrics to refine strategies and report on performance.
2. Paid Advertising Campaigns
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Manage budgets, conduct A/B testing, and target audience segments for maximum ROI.
Track KPIs (CTR, conversions, CAC) and adjust strategies based on data insights.
3. Site Photography & Visual Content
Oversee website imagery, ensuring high-quality, on-brand visuals.
Coordinate with photographers/designers or edit photos (resize, retouch, optimize).
Collaborate with web teams to implement images, ensuring SEO best practices (alt tags, file sizes).
4. Video Production & Editing
Produce promotional videos, tutorials, and social media clips (scripting, filming, editing).
Manage end-to-end video testimonial process: source customers, conduct interviews, edit footage.
Optimize videos for platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, etc.) and track engagement.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with sales, product, and design teams to align campaigns with company goals.
Liaise with external agencies/vendors for specialized projects.
