Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital outreach.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (homeowners, architects, contractors, businesses).

  • Understand client needs, budgets, and design preferences to recommend tailored solutions.

2. Product Knowledge & Sales Presentations

  • Stay updated on company offerings, including furniture, fixtures, materials, and custom design services.

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations (in-person or virtual).

  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts aligned with client requirements.

3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue goals.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and timelines to close deals effectively.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.

4. Collaboration with Design Teams

  • Work closely with interior designers and project managers to ensure client expectations are met.

  • Provide feedback from clients to improve product/service offerings.

5. CRM & Sales Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.

  • Generate regular sales reports, analyzing performance metrics (conversion rates, pipeline health).

6. After-Sales Support

  • Ensure smooth handover to project teams post-sale.

  • Follow up with clients for feedback, repeat business, and referrals.
