Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (homeowners, architects, contractors, businesses).
Understand client needs, budgets, and design preferences to recommend tailored solutions.
2. Product Knowledge & Sales Presentations
Stay updated on company offerings, including furniture, fixtures, materials, and custom design services.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations (in-person or virtual).
Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts aligned with client requirements.
3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and timelines to close deals effectively.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
4. Collaboration with Design Teams
Work closely with interior designers and project managers to ensure client expectations are met.
Provide feedback from clients to improve product/service offerings.
5. CRM & Sales Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.
Generate regular sales reports, analyzing performance metrics (conversion rates, pipeline health).
6. After-Sales Support
Ensure smooth handover to project teams post-sale.
Follow up with clients for feedback, repeat business, and referrals.
