As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our service center, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, explaining service procedures, and coordinating with the workshop team to deliver timely and quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and understand their service requirements.
• Explain service details, estimated costs, and timelines to customers.
• Create job cards and maintain service records accurately.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle service.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving.
• Promote additional services and genuine spare parts to enhance vehicle performance.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
