Sayar Motors is looking for an experienced Service Manager with 5+ years of experience in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire service department, ensuring high customer satisfaction, efficient operations, and business growth. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team of service advisors, mechanics, and technicians while maintaining the highest standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department.
• Ensure timely and quality service of Bajaj Motorcycles and Chetak EVs.
• Manage and train service advisors, mechanics, and technicians.
• Monitor service productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain best practices to improve service quality and reduce turnaround time.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved professionally.
• Work towards achieving service revenue and customer retention targets.
• Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure availability of parts.
• Ensure compliance with Bajaj Auto’s service guidelines and standards.
• Prepare and analyze service reports, productivity data, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in an automobile service department (preferably two-wheelers).
• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of two-wheelers and service processes.
• Leadership skills to manage and motivate a service team.
• Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with DMS (Dealer Management System) and service reporting tools.
