Description

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Customer interaction:

    Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and proactively approaching potential buyers to generate leads. 

  • Product knowledge:

    In-depth knowledge of Nexa car models, features, specifications, pricing, and available options to effectively answer customer queries. 

  • Sales presentations:

    Demonstrating cars, highlighting key selling points, and providing test drives to showcase the car's performance and appeal. 

  • Lead management:

    Following up on customer inquiries, managing sales pipelines, and converting leads into sales. 

  • Closing deals:

    Negotiating prices, handling financing options, and completing necessary paperwork to finalize the sale. 

  • Customer relationship building:

    Maintaining ongoing communication with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business. 

  • Sales reporting:

    Tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, and submitting regular reports to sales managers. 

Desired skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong selling and negotiation abilities to close deals effectively.
  • Passion for automobiles and knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

  • Prior experience in car sales is preferred, but not always required.
