Description

The HR Executive plays a critical role in managing the human resources functions within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR practices, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Update and maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and HR software (e.g., HRMS).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
