Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Office Assistant to support our accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day financial transactions, record-keeping, and office management tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the accounts department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in data entry of invoices, payments, and financial records into accounting software.
Maintain and organize financial documents, receipts, and records for easy access.
Process bills, purchase orders, and expense reports with accuracy.
Help in bank transactions, reconciliations, and petty cash management.
Support in preparing financial reports, GST filings, and tax documents as required.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for payment follow-ups.
Handle general office administration, including filing, emails, and document management.
Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 0-2 years in accounts or office administration (freshers can apply).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, QuickBooks, or any accounting software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
