Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and expand our asafoetida (hing) products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, building strong customer relationships, and developing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers, distributors, and retailers to expand market reach.
  • Generate leads, follow up, and close sales deals.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat sales.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to maximize profitability.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns (both online and offline).
  • Promote products through social media, digital marketing, and advertising.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities such as trade shows, product demos, and sampling.
  • Collaborate with designers and agencies for marketing materials (flyers, banners, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or FMCG industry (preferred in food products).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for sales meetings and promotional activities.
