Picker & Packer – Dark Store

Job Description:

We are looking for a Picker & Packer to join our dark store operations. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch while maintaining speed and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick items from shelves based on order lists using hand-held devices.
  • Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Ensure order accuracy and quality before dispatch.
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
  • Follow safety and hygiene standards within the dark store.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily order fulfillment targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of handling fragile/perishable goods.
  • Physically fit to stand, bend, and lift moderate weights.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends.
