Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales of construction equipment, with at least 3 years focused on backhoe loaders or similar products.
Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree
Skills:
1.Strong sales and negotiation skills.
2.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
3.Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to non-technical customers.
4.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.. 5.Personality: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
