Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads to drive business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social media, Email) to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize pay-per-click campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights.
  • Optimize app titles, descriptions, keywords, and visuals for App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).Analyze app store metrics and competitor data to improve rankings and visibility.
  • Improve website elements like CTAs, forms, and navigation to increase user engagement and conversions.
  • Work with designers, developers, and project managers to develop and execute cohesive website strategies that enhance user experience, align with brand goals, and significantly boost brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor marketing strategies to identify opportunities for improving the brand's approach and staying competitive.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Optimize website content, improve search rankings, and conduct keyword research to enhance organic traffic.
  • Ensure the website is user-friendly, optimized for conversions, and updated with fresh content.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and PPC campaigns.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic web development is a plus.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Ability to stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools.
