Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Sales:

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the billing system.

Store Operations:

  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing store display.
  • Ensure stock availability and replenish inventory as required.
  • Assist in stock management, including stock counts and reporting.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Educate customers about ongoing offers and new arrivals.

Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
