Designation: VMC SETTER CUM OPERATOR

Gender preference: MALE

Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E / Any Degree

Skillset:

Roles to handle:

Operate and monitor VMC machines to produce metal parts according to specifications.
Load and unload materials onto the machines.
Set up and adjust machine tools as necessary.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
Ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to safety and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
Good understanding of machining techniques.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Mechanical aptitude.
Problem-solving skills.
Managing production for a shift, including daily output and performance.
Responsible for handling Manpower in a shift.
Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual.

Salary Range: 20,000 to 35,000

(Minimum to maximum)

Job Location/ Landmark: #427E, SITRA, CIVIL AERODROME POST, COIMBATORE – 641014.
