Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and passionate Women's Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fabrics, patterns, and current fashion trends. They should be able to design innovative, stylish, and comfortable outfits that align with our brand’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

Research and analyze global and local fashion trends to create stylish and culturally appropriate designs.
Develop sketches, patterns, and prototypes for women’s apparel, ensuring originality and wearability.
Select fabrics, colors, and embellishments that align with the brand’s aesthetic and customer preferences.
Collaborate with tailors, artisans, and production teams to bring designs to life with high-quality craftsmanship.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer feedback and refine designs accordingly.
Ensure that designs are practical for manufacturing while maintaining exclusivity and uniqueness.
Stay updated on sustainable and ethical fashion practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in women’s fashion design (portfolio required).
Strong knowledge of fabrics, draping, sewing techniques, and pattern-making.
Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
Creativity, attention to detail, and an ability to think outside the box.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
